I have always had a passion for all things that make up a home. Whether it be interior design, architecture, food that brings us together, or the lives that enrich the space to bring it to life. I graduated from The Fashion Institute of Technology in Manhattan (2002) in Home Products Development and Marketing. I worked in sales for a short period of time before working as a chief stewardess on private yachts. After moving back to MN and purchasing my first home, I became a flight attendant on corporate jets. I was lucky enough to meet my best friend, and got married in 2012. As a result, I retired from flying and earned my real estate license in 2014. Being given the opportunity to join The Real Estate Collaborative encompasses not only my love for working with clients and on a team, but gives me the opportunity to be a part of a much larger picture — housing equity and justice for all. WHY IS HOME IMPORTANT? I was fortunate enough to live in the same home from the time I was born through my first two years of college. Having a safe place to call home should not be a privilege, it should be a right and opportunity for all.
Home has always been important to me. From a young age I would arrange and rearrange my room, experimenting with color and décor. Living in Stockholm, Sweden, in high school helped foster an appreciation for ‘hygge’ – with candles and soft lighting and cozy, inviting spaces. Aesthetics and design are essential for me to feel balanced and calm. I am a designer and creative director and have worked as an interior decorator, video producer and home magazine publisher. I have always had a lot of balls in the air, and in 2021, I added licensed Realtor to my repertoire. My marketing and design background is an asset to sellers, and my knack for matchmaking has helped buyers find the home of their dreams. I am very excited to be working with REC. I love the commitment to housing equity and social justice and am honored to join this dedicated team of real estate professionals. WHY IS HOME IMPORTANT? Home offers a sense of security, a place of comfort. Home builds community, and a feeling of belonging. Everyone deserves a home where they can feel safe and secure.
I've always been a problem solver—someone who looks at how the world works and asks, Is there a better way to do this? My first step in building a different model was founding Evergreen Collective, a shop designed to make sustainable living easier. We do this by curating everyday essentials that are sustainably made and ethically crafted. While assisting customers, I’m always searching for the best ways to help them fit sustainability into their unique lifestyles. Even before opening the shop, I was drawn to reimagining spaces. Growing up with a dad in construction, I gained firsthand experience in improving the places we live and finding solutions that make living easier. That instinct stuck with me—I was always the roommate who discovered the next apartment that best suited all of our needs when it was time to move. Now, I’m thrilled to bring my passions for housing, creative problem-solving, and serving my community together. As part of the Real Estate Collaborative, I’m dedicated to helping people find homes that truly fit their needs. WHY IS HOME IMPORTANT? Home has always been where I find rest—a cozy place to take a load off and simply be myself with people I love. I believe this is a fundamental part of life, and everyone deserves a safe place to call home.
At The Real Estate Collaborative, I’m grateful to have the opportunity to bring together different threads; technology, creativity, problem-solving, and a deep respect for the meaning of place to help people find homes that reflect who they are and who they’re becoming. I’ve spent my life following two parallel callings, technology and creativity. My degree in Management of Information Systems from the University of Texas led to a career in IT consulting and recruiting, but the creative current was always there, shaping my love of storytelling, design, and the idea of home itself. In 2025, my partner, Ashley, and I made a major life decision to move from Texas and after a year-long “city interview tour” exploring communities across the country, we chose the Twin Cities. Our move from Austin, TX was influenced by many factors from culture and nature to community, and when we landed in St. Paul, something clicked. Minnesota didn’t just feel like a new chapter. It felt like home. Over the years, Ashley and I have bought, remodeled, and sold multiple properties, including a Hill Country Airbnb that became a true labor of love, which showed me how real estate brings together everything I value: beauty, history, community, and creative new beginnings. That’s why Minnesota’s historic homes and architectural character felt like an instant fit, and why I’m honored to help others find the spaces where their own stories can unfold. WHY HOME MATTERS I’ve always felt that the spaces we inhabit shape the stories we tell, sometimes subtly, sometimes profoundly and home is the quiet engine of that creativity. It’s where we rest, recalibrate, and dream. Everyone deserves a place that supports them, inspires them, and gives them the freedom to be fully themselves. Home isn’t just shelter. It’s the starting point of our stories. It’s where our lives unfold and where our imaginations stretch. When we find the right home that offers comfort, inspiration, and possibility, it doesn’t just change our address. It changes our trajectory.
