These tasks can feel very overwhelming.

Our goal is to help connect you with folks who can aide in taking some of the burden off your shoulders. At this two-hour class - we will walk you through the various steps you can take towards a successful entry into your next chapter.

It certainly takes a Village... and we are here to help connect you with others who can offer their services - if
you’d like them?

These community members include:

• Handymen/women who can “button up” those random projects you have been “meaning to get to”... but just never have (or wanted to) before.
• House cleaners, organizers, and packers to help wherever you need them!
• Home stylists to help you know which items should stay in a home for photos (should you choose to list your house for sale) or which items should go.
• Consignment advisors who can take a walk through your home to see if there are items you might be able to consign at Movables Consignment or other outlets.
• A REC Agent to give you a market analysis of your home and/or potentially help you find your next one. NOTE: We know what you are thinking - “Uff...a hard sell by a Realtor...No Thank You!” ;) We hear you! The good news is that the agents at The Real Estate Collaborative (REC) truly are NOT motivated by hitting sales numbers. We are sincerely motivated by the desire to help folks in our community find their Place...if they would like our help!
• Mortgage Lenders who can help you find out what you can afford and the best way to get there.

Join us on Tuesday, March 3rd at Movables Consignment for a two hour class! Whether you are downsizing now or planning ahead, we are here to help make the transition easier. Feel free to reach out anytime before or after the class. We are always here to listen, answer questions, and help you create a plan that fits your timeline and needs.
